BME Ph.D. Student

Prerak is a PhD student in the Department of Biomedical Engineering and joined the Dolatshahi Lab in 2025. He grew up in Ashburn, Virginia and graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in BME and minors in Computer Science and Mathematics. 

His research in the Systems Immunology Lab is focused on antigen presentation molecules in tumors and establishing biomarkers for positive outcomes in immunotherapies. 

Outside of lab, Prerak enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and trying out new recipes.
